Triaging of patient phone calls: assessing and prioritizing incoming calls to assures safe and timely care is given. Managing of PT/INRs for surgical patients pre/post-surgical. Submitting prescriptions as directed by provider. Completing and reviewing FMLA, disability, and forms that need the provider's attention before submitting. Scheduling surgeries.
