Description

Job Title: Ultrasound Technologist
Location: Enid, OK 73701
Job Type: Travel / Contract
Job Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: Day Shift – 5x8 hours
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
(Note: Schedule may change to 4x10-hour shifts with varied days upon mutual agreement.)
Hours per Week: 40 hours
Guaranteed Hours: Dependent on facility requirements
On-Call: Required

Distance Requirement:

Must live 100 miles or more from the facility.

Job Description

The Ultrasound Technologist performs diagnostic ultrasound examinations to assist in the diagnosis and evaluation of medical conditions. This role involves producing high-quality sonographic images of internal organs, ensuring patient safety, and providing age-appropriate patient care. The technologist operates sonographic equipment, communicates exam results, and serves as the first point of contact for imaging services.

Required Experience & Skills

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sonographer
Must be a general sonographer with vascular and echocardiography experience
No new graduates

Education & Certification

Graduate of an accredited Sonography program (required)
RDMS certification (required)
BLS certification (required)
