📍 Job Title: Registered Nurse – Rehab
📌 Facility Location: 1555 Long Pond Rd, Rochester, NY 14626-4182
⏰ Shifts: Day 3x12-Hour (11:00 – 23:00)
📆 Duration: 13 Weeks

🏥 Unit & Scheduling Details

Unit: Acute Rehab
Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
Block Scheduling: May be accommodated if possible (not guaranteed)
Floating: Required to Med-Surg (MS)
First-Time Travelers: Accepted
Local Rule: No locals within 75 miles
RTO Restrictions: Maximum 1 week per contract

📜 License & Certifications

License: Active New York RN License (NY is non-compact)
Pending License: Not accepted
Required Certification: BLS

🩺 Experience & Required Skills

Minimum Experience: 1 year
Acute Rehab hospital experience
Care of patients with CVA (stroke), brain injury, and spinal cord injuries
Stroke and neuro rehabilitation nursing care

🏥 Patient Population & Equipment

Patient Diagnoses:
- Stroke
- Brain injury
- Spinal cord injuries
Special Equipment:
- Hoyer lift
- Sit-to-stand lift
