Description

Title: Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT)
Location: Everett, WA
Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: Day 5x8-Hour (08:30 – 17:00), Monday–Friday

Job Responsibilities:

Provide 1:1 pediatric occupational therapy services in a hospital-based outpatient clinic
Evaluate, assess, and treat pediatric patients with developmental delays and diagnoses
Develop, implement, and update individualized plans of care
Perform functional capacity and perceptual assessments as appropriate
Provide patient and family education focused on safety, injury prevention, and functional development
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including social services
Maintain accurate and timely documentation, evaluations, assessments, and billing records using EPIC

Required Skills & Requirements:

Pediatric Occupational Therapy experience (hard stop)
Minimum 2 years of pediatric OT experience
Travel experience required
BLS certification required
NBCOT certification required
Active WA OT license required (pending license accepted)
Experience in pediatric outpatient settings
1:1 patient ratio experience
EPIC charting experience required/preferred
Ability to treat adolescents and pediatric populations
First-time travelers accepted
No weekend or holiday shifts
