Beds: 18
Daily Census: ~16
Patient Population: Adults & Geriatrics
Nurse-to-Patient Ratio: 1:2 (Days/Nights/Weekends)

Patient Diagnoses

Respiratory failure, ARDS
Cardiac arrest
Sepsis
DKA
CIWA / overdose
Acute kidney failure
Multisystem organ failure

Special Equipment

CRRT
IABP
Impella
ECMO

Requirements

Experience:
- Minimum 2 years ICU experience
- Prior MICU experience preferred
Charting: Epic required
Certifications:
- BLS (AHA)
- ACLS (AHA)
- NIHSS (preferred)
Teaching Hospital Experience: Preferred
Travel Experience: Not required
