Description

📍 Job Title: Registered Nurse – Telemetry (Float)
📌 Facility Location: 211 Church St, Saratoga Springs, NY 12866
⏰ Shifts: Day 3x12-Hour (07:00 – 19:30)
📆 Duration: 13 Weeks

🏥 Unit & Float Details

Unit: Telemetry Float Pool
Floating: Required within telemetry skill set
Call-Off Policy (Float): Maximum 3 call-offs per contract
Local Rule: 50-mile radius

📜 License & Certifications

License: Active New York RN License in hand (Required)
Required Certifications:
- BLS
- ACLS
Flu Vaccine: Required or approved exemption

🩺 Experience & Required Skills

Minimum Experience: 2 years RN experience
At least 1 year of current telemetry experience
Ability to read and interpret cardiac rhythms
Must pass hospital-proctored rhythm exam:
- >80% accuracy in rhythm identification
- 100% accuracy in identifying critical rhythms
Epic charting experience required
Telemetry nursing skills required
Critical drip & CVA experience: Preferred
