Description

Title : Therapy/Rehabilitation - PT Outpatient
Location : International Falls, MN 56649
Duration : 13 weeks
Shift : Day 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 17:00)

Job description

Setting: Acute Care

80–90% General Outpatient PT
10–20% Inpatient / Swing Bed

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (no weekends)

EMR: EPIC

Experience Required: Minimum 1 year of outpatient and/or inpatient PT experience

Patient Volume: Approximately 10–13 patients per day

First-Time Travelers: Accepted

Certifications Required: BLS

Local Candidates: Accepted at travel rates

Licensure:

Active state license must be in hand at the time of submission
