Registered Nurse (RN) – Wound Care

📍 Location: Arlington, TX
🕒 Shift: 8 Hours | Monday–Friday | 08:00 AM – 05:00 PM

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Wound Care Registered Nurse (RN) to provide specialized wound assessment, treatment, and management in an inpatient hospital setting. The ideal candidate will have recent hands-on wound care experience and appropriate certification.

Key Requirements

Licensure & Certifications:

• Active RN License (State of Texas or Compact License)

• Current Wound Care Certification (required prior to start)

• BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification

Experience:

• Minimum 1 year of recent wound care experience within the last 3 years

• Experience must be in an inpatient hospital setting

Eligibility Criteria:

• All RN candidates must reside more than 100 miles from the facility

• Driver's License must be included in the submission packet for verification

Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive wound assessments and develop individualized care plans

• Provide advanced wound care treatments and interventions

• Monitor wound healing progress and document clinical outcomes

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care

• Educate patients and families on wound management and prevention

• Maintain compliance with hospital policies and evidence-based practices
