Nurse Supervisor
Location: 760 Broadway, Brooklyn New York 11206
Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Facility: Woodhull Medical Center

Job Description:

Job Summary:

Plan and Develop programs to improve patient care and employee performance.
Monitor performance for patient care, assess units w with nurse managers and communicates and assists w with any corrective action.
Develop Record keeping system to record medication errors/counselling.

Required Skills & Experience:

Seven (7) years of experience is required.
Five (5) of which were in a supervisory role.
Required - 2 years of Behavioral Health experience.
BLS required.

Note:
Assistant DON experience required
Required: At least 2 years of Behavioral Health experience.
