• Experience: 1 year MS/Tele, travel experience required

• License: Active NY RN (not compact)

• Cert: BLS

OR RN – Trauma/Robotics position, likely at a Level I trauma center. I'll break it down plainly and flag the big "gotchas.”

What This Job REALLY Is

OR RN (Scrub Circulate) — Heavy Robotics & Trauma

This is not a "we'll train you” OR role. They want someone who can walk in and function independently on day one.

Absolute MUST-HAVES (Non-Negotiable)

If a candidate is missing any of these, they likely won't pass clinical:

• 3 years OR experience

• Level I Trauma experience (required)

  • Minimum acceptable: Level II trauma >1 year

• Prior travel OR experience

• Robotics experience with DaVinci XI

• Independent proficiency (no refreshers) in:

  • Scrubbing and circulating (strongly preferred)

  • Robotic general, GYN, thoracic, urology

• Comfortable taking call with 30-minute response time

🚨 Important:
Experience with ortho or neuro robots does NOT count for them.

Strongly Preferred / Big Plus

• Thoracic experience

• Vascular experience

• Familiarity with DaVinci DV5 (bonus, not required)

Specialty Coverage (Must Function Independently)

• GYN
