Registered Nurse – LTAC Med Surg (Night Shift)

Night Shift
3 x 12-hour shifts || 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
36 hours per week (48 hours permitted)
Key Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care to medically complex patients in a Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) setting

Deliver comprehensive Med-Surg nursing care, including assessment, monitoring, and treatment implementation

Manage patients requiring extended hospital stays with chronic or complex medical conditions

Administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders

Monitor patient status and respond appropriately to changes in condition

Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure continuity of care

Document patient care accurately and timely per facility standards
Required Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license

Minimum 1 year of nursing experience

Ability to work night shifts and required weekly hours
Current Certifications
-
BLS (Basic Life Support)
Preferred Qualifications

Previous LTAC nursing experience
-
Med-Surg experience with complex or high-acuity patient populations
