Description

Title: Occupational Therapist – Outpatient
Location: Paynesville, MN
Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: Day, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, 5*8, 40 hours, Mon–Fri
Start date: 03/16/2026

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 1 year OT experience with adult inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation; experience with TCU/LTC and pediatric outpatients preferred
Certification: Active Minnesota OT License (OTR/L), BLS (AHA)
Charting System: EPIC (preferred)
Travel experience required: Not required
Patient Age Group: Primarily Adults; some Pediatrics and Geriatrics
On-call requirement: No
Weekend Coverage: No weekends or holidays (workday before/after holidays, half-day on Christmas Eve)
