Job Title: RN – Med/Surg / Tele

Contract Duration: 13 weeks (extendable)
Start Date: 02/23/2026

Shift Options:

• Nights: 3×12-hour shifts (19:00–07:30 / 19:30–08:00)

• Hours: 36 hours per week

• Weekends: Every other weekend (EOW)

• Note: Day shifts are also available

Position Details

Unit: MS/Tele – ER Border
Experience Required: Minimum 2 years (first-time travelers accepted)

Floating:

• Required between ED borders and extenders to MS/T and IMC units, within specialty and scope

On-Call:

• No pre-scheduled call shifts

Licenses & Certifications Required

• Active RN Maryland state license

• BLS

• ACLS

• CPI

Unit Information

• Average Daily Census: Minimum 10 borders; up to 40 borders per day

• Number of Rooms: 46

• Nurse-to-Patient Ratio: 1:6

Patient Population:

• Wide variety of diagnoses, including complex ED admission cases

• Fast-paced, high-volume border role providing ER, MS/Tele, and IMC-level care within scope

Compensation Details

• Total Hourly Pay Rate: $60 per hour

• W2 (Taxable): $16.00 per hour

• Stipend (Non-Taxable): $44 per hour

• OT Rate (W2): $24.00 per hour

• Weekly Gross: $2,160 per week

• W2 (Taxable): $576.00 per week

• Stipend (Non-Taxable): $1,584 per week
