Description

Registered Nurse – EP / Cath Lab
Location: 7601 Osler Drive, Towson, MD 21204-7582
Start Date: February 23, 2026
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Day shift (4 × 10-hour shifts) (06:30 AM – 5:00 PM)
Block Schedule: Monday through Thursday
On-Call: Required
Occasional Friday call (7:00 AM – 3:00 PM), approximately 1–2 times per month

Position Overview:

The Cath Lab RN provides specialized nursing care to adult and geriatric patients undergoing diagnostic and interventional cardiac and electrophysiology procedures.
The RN functions as a scrub and circulating nurse and collaborates with physicians and the multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, high-quality patient care.

Unit Details:

Facilities: 2 Cath Labs, 1 Hybrid OR
Patient Population: Adult and Geriatric

Required Experience:

Minimum 2 years of Cath Lab experience
Proficient scrub skill set required
First-time travelers accepted
Local travelers accepted at a reduced rate.

Equipment & Documentation Systems:

Licensure & Certifications:

Active Maryland RN License
BLS
ACLS
NIH Stroke Certification

Holidays:

Required as they fall per facility schedule

Local Candidate Policy:

Candidates must reside 50 miles or more from the facility
Local candidates under 50 miles are not eligible
