Description

📍 Job Title: Registered Nurse – Trauma ICU
📌 Facility Location: 1000 S Beckham Ave, Tyler, TX 75701
📆 Duration: 13 Weeks

⏰ Shift: Day 3x12-Hour (07:00 – 19:00)

🩺 Unit: Trauma ICU (Level I Trauma Center)

🧠 Experience Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of Trauma ICU experience
• Level I Trauma experience required
• Prior travel experience required

💻 Charting System:
• EPIC (experience required)

📜 Certifications Required:
✅ BLS
✅ ACLS
✅ NIHSS

⭐ Certifications Preferred:
• PALS
• TNCC

👩‍⚕️ Unit Details:
• Patient Ratio: 1:2
• Number of Rooms: 14
• Number of Beds: 16
• Float Required: ICU, IMC, Tele (as needed)
