holiday, weekend and float requirements

*There is no call. Hurricane season starts in May, they would be required to work Pre/Post, that's Pre and Post storm. They would be first to float if we were floating someone and while it is rare, we do float interfacility for critical staffing needs. As an ICU RN, they try to float us to an ICU before a PCU. Upcoming holidays are Memorial Day and 4th of July, they would need to work one of those holidays.*

Weekend REQ: Y - every other weekend or a total of 6 weekend shifts per 6-week period. TBD by unit’s needs.

Floating REQ? ?Yes - required to float to all four hospitals. Travelers will have a home base but could float to any and all Cape Canaveral, Holmes Regional, Palm Bay, or Viera.

Open to accommodating block schedule? ?Depends on unit need. Manager will need to approve prior to offer

Certs REQ: ?ACLS, BLS, NIHSS

Work settings required: Neuro ICU, SICU

Pending License accepted: ?N – Florida State or compact license required at time of submission

Locals accepted: ?Y – same rate as travelers.

RTO Restrictions: ?Finalized RTO must be included with submission. RTO will not be accepted after offer.

Guaranteed Hours: Contracted hours guaranteed.

Scrubs: Any solid color, matching
