Description

Title: Histology Technician
Location: Santa Rosa, CA
Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: Day, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, 5*8, 40 hours
Start date: 02/23/2026

Requirements:

Experience: 2 years' Histology experience with hospital setting and grossing experience (HARDSTOP).
Education required: Associate degree in science
Certification: ASCP-HT, BLS (AHA)
Equipment: Automatic tissue processor, microtome, cryostat, embedding and staining systems
Charting System: Epic
Travel experience required: No (first-time travelers accepted with strong 10 years' experience)
Patient Age Group: Adolescents, Adults, Geriatrics

Preferred:

Epic charting experience, teaching hospital experience, California state license (Pending accepted)
