3. Are there any barriers (ex. upcoming vacation) that would prevent your candidate from completing compliance on time? The compliance deadline is 12 Noon EST the Wednesday prior to the start date. (Y or N)
4. Is your candidate aware of the Pass Fail EKG exam required by all RNs for Cone Health regardless of specialty? (Y or N)
3x12s, Nights, 7p-730a
EOW --- 6 weekends (both Sat/Sun) in 13-week contract. Individualized scheduling (Ie: Blocked, other.)
Holidays as needed
Float required if need. ALL TRAVELERS SUBJECT TO FLOAT BETWEEN ALL CONE HEALTH CAMPUSES.
Minimum 2 years experience required. FIRST TIME TRAVELERS - OK!
*BLS, ACLS required
*SICU exp preferred
*Interpretiaton and Mgmt of Dysrhythmias, Multi system organ failure.
*Post Cardiac Surgery (directly from the OR), Post Cardiac Surgery (Not directly from the OR), Pre Post Cardiac Cath intervention, Pulmonary Artery Line Swan Ganz monitoring
*ECMO, Intra-Aortic Balloon Pump, Sheath Removal, Transcatheter Aortic Valve implantation Replacement (TAVI TAVR) preferred.
*IV Insulin protocols, Chronic Acute Renal failure perferred
*CVVHA CRRT required
*Arterial line management, Blood Product Administration, Central line care & management, PICC line mgmt, startiving IVs.
*Continuous IV sedation, Titrate Cardiac and Vasoactive drips
*Assist with management of BiPAP and CPAP, Assist with Chest Tube Insertion and Removal, Care of Ventilated Patient, High Flow Nasal Cannula (HFNC), Interpretation of ABGs, Suctioning (ETT, NT), Ventilator Management
Medical Surgical Cardiac ICU patients: MI, CHF, cardiac surgeries, post cardiac cath, LVAD, Impella, IABP, Arctic Sun, renal failure CRRT, respiratory failure, sepsis. Open heart surgical patients, AAA repair, Vascular surgeries, ECMO.
