Description

📍 Job Title: Registered Nurse – Dialysis
📌 Location: 75 Genesee St, Rochester, NY 14611
📆 Contract Length: 13 Weeks
⏳ Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week

⏰ Shift: Day 3x12-Hour
🕠 Hours: 05:30 AM – 06:00 PM

📅 Schedule Details:
• Monday–Friday schedule requested (days vary based on staffing needs)
• Rotating Saturdays required
• Occasional Sundays due to holidays

🏥 Unit / Specialty:
• Outpatient & Chronic Dialysis
• Floating required across all Dialysis locations

👩‍⚕️ Assignment Expectations:
• Must be able to run a 4:1 patient assignment
• Must be able to function as Charge Nurse for 21 stations
• 💰 Charge pay differential available

📜 Licensure & Certifications:
✅ Active RN License
✅ BLS required

🧠 Required Experience & Skills:
• Outpatient Dialysis experience required
• Chronic Dialysis experience required
• Prior Charge Nurse / Team Lead experience strongly required
• Ability to manage unit flow while carrying a patient assignment
