Title: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
Location: Portland, OR
Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: Day, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, 5*8, 40 hours
Start date: 02/23/2026

Requirements:

Experience: 1 year LCSW experience, outpatient clinical and care coordination experience
Education required: Not specified
Certification: Oregon LCSW License, BLS (AHA)
Charting System: Epic
Travel experience required: No
Patient Age Group: Adults, Geriatrics
On-call requirement: No

Preferred:

Teaching hospital experience
Experience with transplant and/or cardiac patients
Knowledge of community assistance programs (TANF, insurance support)
