Description

Job Description:

Provide direct care to adult and geriatric critically ill patients.
Manage patients with complex conditions including respiratory failure, sepsis, oncologic emergencies, and GI bleeds.
Monitor and support hemodynamically unstable patients using cardiac and arterial monitoring.
Manage mechanical ventilation and advanced life-support therapies.
Assist with and care for patients requiring CRRT, central lines, chest tubes, and pulmonary artery catheters.
Administer chemotherapy, high-risk medications, and complex treatment regimens.
Document all patient care accurately using EPIC.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver safe, high-quality care.

Requirements:

Active RN license
ACLS, BLS, NIH Stroke Scale certifications required
Previous travel experience required (no first-time travelers)
Experience with ventilated and high-acuity patients
Proficiency in IV starts
EPIC charting experience required
Shift assignments reviewed every 4-week scheduling period (changes not guaranteed)
