Title: Respiratory Therapist (RRT)
Location: Fayetteville, NC
Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: Night shift – 3x12 hours (6:00 PM – 6:00 AM)

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide respiratory care to adult and pediatric patients

• Work in ICU and acute care settings

• Perform respiratory therapy procedures within scope of practice

• Float between like units as needed to meet facility needs

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams

• Maintain accurate documentation using Epic charting system

• Cover nights, weekends, and holidays as required

Required Skills & Requirements:

• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)

• Minimum of 2 years of respiratory therapy experience

• Experience with adult and pediatric patients

• ICU experience required

• Ability to float within scope of practice

• Comfortable working nights, weekends, and holidays

• Weekend requirement: every other weekend

• Flu vaccine required (medical/religious exemptions only)

• Must adhere to return-to-work and contract limit policies

• Guaranteed hours subject to call-off policy (2 shifts per 13-week assignment)

• Must be able to work makeup shifts if scheduled shifts are called out

• Only 4 days of requested time off allowed; no holidays permitted

• Must be comfortable working with both pediatric and adult populations

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in a Level III Trauma Center

• Teaching hospital experience

• Epic charting experience
