Job Title: Physical Therapist
Location: Enid, OK 73701
Job Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: 5 x 8-Hour Shifts
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Hours per Week: 40 Hours
Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend availability (typically one weekend per month)
Holiday Requirement: Must be available to work one holiday if needed
Guaranteed Hours: Dependent on facility requirements

Distance Requirement:
Candidate must live more than 100 miles away from the facility.

Job Description:

As a member of an interdisciplinary team, the Physical Therapist provides quality physical therapy services through comprehensive evaluation, treatment planning, and administration of care to patients. Responsibilities include performing detailed clinical assessments based on individual patient needs upon physician referral, developing age-appropriate plans of care, accurately documenting patient treatment, and responding effectively to changing work assignments.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of Physical Therapy experience in inpatient rehab or acute care
• Degree in Physical Therapy
• Active PT License
• State Licensure Required
• BLS Certification
• Crisis Prevention Training (TEAM) required within 6 months of hire (PRN not applicable)
• Primary Source Online Verification required

Preferred:

• First Aid Certification
