Description

Job Title: Registered Nurse – MS/Tele
Location: Heywood Healthcare, Gardner, MA
Start Date: 03/09/2026
Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM (36 hrs/week)
Patient Ratio: 1:5 (1:6 weekends)
Unit: Med/Surg Telemetry (25 beds, daily census 23)

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years recent MS/Tele experience (busy unit, no tele techs)
Travel experience required (no first-time travelers)
MA RN License
ACLS (AHA required)
NIHSS & CPI preferred
Experience with Meditech Expanse & Omnicell
Strong telemetry & dysrhythmia interpretation skills
