Job Title: Mental Health Coordinator – LPC, LCSW, LMFT
Location: Cushing, OK 74023
Duration: 6 Weeks
Shift: 5x8-Hour Shifts
Hours: 40 hours per week
Guaranteed Hours: Dependent on facility requirements

Job Summary:

The Mental Health Coordinator will plan and provide non-medical clinical mental health services within the facility. The selected candidate must be able to perform all required functions at a pace and level consistent with job performance standards.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct mental health screenings and assessments through record reviews and clinical interviews with inmates.
• Develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and level of functioning.
• Provide counseling services, crisis intervention, and appropriate mental health support.
• Document all evaluations, treatment plans, and services provided in the healthcare record.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.
• Demonstrate knowledge of psychological counseling theories and techniques in treatment delivery.

Required Experience:

• Minimum of five (5) years of clinical experience, including at least two (2) years in a comparable role.

Required Education:

• Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or a related clinical field from an accredited college or university.

Required Licensure:

• Active and unrestricted LPC, LCSW, or LMFT license in the state of practice.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver's license preferred unless otherwise required by contract or statute.

Additional Requirements:

• Social Security card and driver's license required for facility clearance.
• Typically 8-hour shifts, 40 hours per week.
• Candidates must have open availability in accordance with scheduling policies.
