📍 Job Title: Registered Nurse – ER / House Supervisor Combo
📌 Location: 77 W Barney St, Gouverneur, NY 13642
📆 Contract Length: 13 Weeks

⏰ Shift: Night – 3x12-Hour
🕕 Hours: 6:45 PM – 7:15 AM
📅 Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend

🚨 Position Overview

This is a dual-role position combining Emergency Room RN House Supervisor responsibilities in a small community hospital setting.

⚠️ ER Charge experience REQUIRED
⭐ House Supervisor experience HIGHLY PREFERRED

Facility only has Med-Surg and ER units.

🏥 Emergency Department Details

• Average Daily Census: 26
• Rooms: 7
• Beds: 8
• Staffing Ratio: 1:4 (all shifts)
• Triage Required

📋 Requirements

• Minimum 2 years ER experience
• First-time travelers accepted
• Locals NOT accepted (Must live >50 miles from facility)
• RTO: 7 days MAX

🏅 Certifications Required

• BLS
• ACLS
• PALS
• NIHSS
• Active State RN License

👕 Scrubs: Any color
