Description
Title: Ultrasound Technologist – Maternal Fetal Medicine (Women's Health/Genetics)
Location: Charleston, SC
Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: Day Shift – 5x8-Hour (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM), Monday–Friday; No weekends; No holidays; No call; Minimal overtime
Job Responsibilities:

Perform Maternal Fetal Medicine (MFM) and OB/GYN ultrasound examinations in an outpatient clinic setting
-
Conduct detailed fetal anatomical surveys in accordance with AIUM guidelines
-
Perform common scans including:
-
Fetal Dopplers (Umbilical Artery, Middle Cerebral Artery, Ductus Venosus, etc.)

Biophysical Profiles (BPP)
-
Fetal Biometry
-
First Trimester Assessments
-
Nuchal Translucency
-
Transvaginal Cervical Length
-
Transvaginal GYN scans
-
-
Manage a daily caseload of approximately 8–10 exams per shift
-
Float within scope to meet facility needs; may rotate to additional nearby clinic locations as scheduled
-
Document exams in Epic
-
Collaborate with Women's Health and Genetics interdisciplinary teams

Comply with hurricane season emergency team assignments if applicable (June–November)
Required Qualifications:
-
Minimum 2 years of experience
-
Perinatal/MFM and GYN ultrasound experience
-
Graduate of an accredited Diagnostic Medical Sonography program
-
ARDMS certification in OB/GYN
-
BLS certification
Preferred Qualifications:
-
ARDMS (preferred)
-
ARRT (S) (preferred)

Ability to accommodate block scheduling (approval required)
