Description

Title: Inpatient Rehabilitation Occupational Therapist
Location: Anchorage, AK 99503
Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: Day 4x10-Hour (07:00 - 17:30)

Position Details

Start Date: ASAP
Shift: 4×10-hour day shifts (40 hours/week)
Schedule Options:
- Sunday / Monday / Thursday / Friday
- Monday / Tuesday / Thursday / Friday
Weekends: Some required — approximately 2 weekend days per month (if not part of the regular schedule)
On-Call: Not required
Floating: No
Block Scheduling: Not available

Requirements

Minimum Experience: 1 year
First-Time Travelers: Accepted
Certifications Required: BLS, NBCOT, Alaska OT License
Skills Required: Per unit description; acute rehab facility experience required
Preferred Experience: Inpatient Rehabilitation Facility (IRF)

Licensing & Candidate Eligibility

Local Candidates: Not accepted — permanent address must be 50 miles from the facility
Pending License: Accepted, though Alaska license in hand is strongly preferred
RTO Policy: All requested time off must be submitted at the time of submission
