Location: Anchorage, AK 99503
Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: Day 4x10-Hour (07:00 - 17:30)
Position Details
- Start Date: ASAP
- Shift: 4×10-hour day shifts (40 hours/week)
- Schedule Options:
- Sunday / Monday / Thursday / Friday
- Monday / Tuesday / Thursday / Friday
- Weekends: Some required — approximately 2 weekend days per month (if not part of the regular schedule)

Requirements
- Minimum Experience: 1 year
- First-Time Travelers: Accepted
- Certifications Required: BLS, NBCOT, Alaska OT License
- Skills Required: Per unit description; acute rehab facility experience required
- Preferred Experience: Inpatient Rehabilitation Facility (IRF)
Licensing & Candidate Eligibility
- Local Candidates: Not accepted — permanent address must be 50 miles from the facility
- Pending License: Accepted, though Alaska license in hand is strongly preferred
- RTO Policy: All requested time off must be submitted at the time of submission
