✅ 1:2 patient ratios (Days & Nights)
✅ Epic charting REQUIRED
✅ Community hospital with strong interdisciplinary support

📌 Requirements
🔹 Minimum 2 years ICU experience
🔹 Previous travel experience – REQUIRED
🔹 Comfortable with high-acuity ICU patients
🔹 Teaching or community hospital experience preferred
🔹 Ability to float as needed
🔹 Weekend rotation: Every other weekend

🎓 Certifications
🔹 BLS – Required
🔹 ACLS – Required
🔹 NIHSS – Preferred
🔹 TNCC – Preferred

🩺 Key Skills & Experience
✔ Cardiac monitoring & dysrhythmia management
✔ Multisystem organ failure management
✔ Ventilator & respiratory support (BiPAP, CPAP, HFNC)
✔ ABG interpretation & suctioning
✔ Titration of cardiac & vasoactive drips
✔ Continuous IV & procedural sedation
✔ Central lines, PICCs, arterial lines
✔ Blood product administration
✔ Stroke/CVA management
✔ IV insulin protocols
✔ Epic computerized charting

🏥 Unit & Facility Details
• 10-bed ICU | Daily census ~8
• Adult & geriatric population
• Strong support: RT, PT, Pharmacy, Rapid Response, Radiology, Social Services
• Orientation: 24 hours
• Float required
