Description

Position: Interventional Radiology / Special Procedures Tech
Location: Providence, RI
Contract: 13 Weeks

Shift & Schedule:

Day Shift: 5x8 hours (08:00 AM – 4:30 PM)
On-Call: Required
Unit accepts first-time travelers

Required Certifications & License:

ARRT (R)
BLS
CCI RCIS
State License (RI)

Medication System: Omnicell

Preferred Experience:

Charge experience
Teaching hospital experience
Community hospital experience

Required Skills:

Interpretation of dysrhythmias
Laser-assisted procedures
Equipment set-up
Room circulator
Scrub procedures (maintain sterile field)
Endovascular interventions
Embolization (including uterine arterial embolization)
Angiography: renal, genitourinary, adrenal
Vascular closure systems (Perclose, StarClose)
Nephrostomy, gastrostomy, cholecystostomy
Renal artery & ureteral stent placement
