Description

Job Title: Respiratory Therapist – RRT
Location: Washington, DC 20037
Duration: 13 Weeks
Schedule: 3 × 12-Hour Night Shifts
Hours: 36 hours per week

Requirements:

Must live at least 50 miles away
Active Respiratory Therapist license required
Minimum 2 years of experience
NICU and Adult Care experience required
Certifications required: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP

Job Summary:

The Respiratory Therapist (RRT) provides respiratory care as prescribed by the physician. Responsibilities include performing diagnostic evaluations, analyzing physiological data, managing ventilatory support, airway care, administering medical gases and respiratory medications, and providing cardiopulmonary rehabilitation. The role involves caring for patients with cardiopulmonary deficiencies across various care settings.
