Description
Job Title: Radiology Technologist / X-Ray Technologist
Location: Rochester, MI
Assignment Length: 13 Weeks
Schedule: Monday – Friday
Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
Job Summary
Under general supervision, the Radiology Technologist performs diagnostic radiographic procedures, including computed tomography (CT) studies. The technologist may also conduct general X-ray examinations while ensuring patient safety, image quality, and adherence to departmental protocols.
Key Responsibilities

Perform CT and general diagnostic radiology procedures

Operate imaging equipment safely and effectively

Deliver high-quality patient care and positioning

Maintain accurate documentation and imaging records

Follow radiation safety and infection control standards

Support workflow in multiple clinical areas as needed
Required Education
-
High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
-
Must maintain required continuing education hours
Required Certifications & Licensure
-
ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) – (R)
-
Advanced registry in Computed Tomography (CT) or registry-eligible
-
BLS (Healthcare Provider) certification
