Job Title: Registered Nurse - Pediatric Critical Care Float Pool
Facility: MUSC Health - Shawn Jenkins Children's Hospital
Job Location: 10 McClennan Banks Dr Charleston, SC 29401
Shift: Day 3x12-Hour (07:00 - 19:30)
Start Date: 03/09/2026
Job Duration: 13 Weeks
Description:
Years of experience REQ: 2 years of Peds ICU experience
Weekend REQ: Every other weekend, holiday rotation
Ratios: 1:2/1:3
Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs: Yes-RN will float to all Pediatric units in SJCH (CVPICU, NICU, PICU)
First timers accepted: yes, if they have the needed experience
License REQ: South Carolina or Multi-State/Compact State RN License
Certs required: BLS, PALS (MUSC only accepts American Heart Association, AHA)
Experience preferred: ECMO, CRRT
Local radius: 60 miles
Locals accepted: Yes. Locals are accepted on a case-by-case basis
