Description

Job Title: RN - ER
Duration: 13 weeks
Facility Name: Kings County Hospital
Facility Address: 451 Clarkson Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11203
Shift: Days 8:00 AM-8:30 PM
Client: NYCHH

Schedule & Contract
  • 3 shifts per week
  • Every other weekend required
  • 1-hour unpaid lunch breaks
  • 1 contract only – no extensions
Required Skills & Experience
  • Minimum of two (2) years of Emergency Room experience
  • IV insertion and phlebotomy skills required
  • Experience with conscious sedation
Required Education
  • Associate Degree in Nursing (ASN/ADN) from an accredited nursing program
Certifications & Licensure
  • Primary Source Verification of Registered Professional Nurse license through the New York State Department of Education (NYSED)
  • AHA Basic Life Support (BLS)
  • AHA Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
  • AHA Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
  • TNCC required only for Bellevue, Kings County, and Jacobi
Hourly Breakdown Total Hourly Pay Rate: $ 80.55 Per Hour On W2(Taxable): $ 18.00 Per Hour Stipend(Non-Taxable): $ 62.55 Per Hour Weekly Breakdown: Weekly Gross: $ 2,899.80 Per Week On W2(Taxable): $ 648.00 Per Week Stipend(Non-Taxable): $ 2,251.80 Per Week OT Rate ON W-2 $ 27.00 Per Hour Hours per week: $ 36.00 Hours
