Shift: 4x10s, 6:30-1700 **could change during interview**

Years of experience REQ: 1 year
First-timers accepted: Need 1 completed travel assignment or 3 years exp
On-Call: Yes
STEMI call 7-12 days a month, including 1 weekend (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)

Weekend REQ: As needed
Open to accommodating block schedule? No.
Locals accepted: No, 50 mile radius rule
Pending License accepted: No, all travelers must be in compliance with NLC guidelines
RTO Restrictions: All RTO must included at time of submission
