Description
Job Title: RN – CVOR (Cardiovascular Operating Room)
Location: Dallas, Texas
Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday
Shift: 6:15 AM – 6:45 PM (3x12s)
🏥 Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse – CVOR to join a high-acuity surgical team in Dallas, TX. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in cardiac, vascular, and thoracic procedures and be confident circulating complex cardiovascular cases.
This role requires expertise in open heart, endovascular, and robotic procedures within a fast-paced CVOR environment.
🔹 Key Responsibilities

Circulate open heart surgeries (CABG, valve replacements, etc.)

Support endovascular and vascular procedures

Assist with robotic-assisted cardiothoracic surgeries

Maintain sterile field and ensure adherence to AORN standards

Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, perfusionists, and surgical techs

Monitor patient safety and intraoperative documentation
🔹 Required Qualifications
-
Candidate MUST have cardiac / vascular / thoracic scrub experience.
Active RN license (Texas or Compact) -
Minimum 2 years of CVOR experience

Strong experience circulating cardiac, vascular, and thoracic cases

BLS & ACLS (AHA)
