Description
Title: Registered Respiratory Therapist – Pediatrics
Location: Memphis, TN
Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: Night shift – 3x12 hours (19:00–07:00)
Job Responsibilities and Required and Preferred Skills and Requirements
The Registered Respiratory Therapist will provide pediatric respiratory care in a children's hospital and Level I pediatric trauma environment, delivering critical respiratory treatments and monitoring for neonatal and pediatric patients.
Required Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of Respiratory Therapist experience

Pediatric respiratory care experience required

Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required (CRT not accepted)

Active Tennessee respiratory license required at submission

Prior travel experience required

Valid driver's license required for submission
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working in pediatric trauma or children's hospital settings

Strong critical care and emergency response skills
Core Responsibilities:

Provide respiratory therapy treatments for pediatric and neonatal patients

Manage ventilators, oxygen therapy, airway care, and respiratory monitoring

Respond to respiratory emergencies and trauma cases

Collaborate with multidisciplinary pediatric care teams

Monitor patient progress and document care accurately

Ensure compliance with infection control and safety protocols
