Description

Occupational Therapist (OT) – Travel
Location: Charleston, WV
Duration: 13 Weeks
Start Date: Every other Monday (once fully cleared)

Shift Options:

Day Shift: 5x8s
- 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM or
- 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- 30-minute lunch break
Schedule: Monday–Friday

Caseload / Productivity:

8 treatments per day

Experience:

Minimum 1 year OT experience required
First-time travelers accepted

Licensure & Certifications:

NBCOT required
BLS required
Pending state license accepted (must have active WV license before start)

Weekend Requirement:

1 Saturday per month (4 hours; flexible timing)

Unit Details:

Medical Rehabilitation Unit within a Trauma Hospital
Patient mix: Primarily stroke patients (~40%)
Dedicated OT gym with kitchen setup
Wide range of therapy technology available
Strong collaboration with PT/OT/SLP teams
Highly supportive and rewarding work environment
