Job Title: Respiratory Therapist (RRT)
Location: Bradenton, FL 34208
Assignment Length: 13 Weeks
Shift: Day Shift

Position Overview:
We are seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) for a 13-week assignment. The therapist will provide comprehensive respiratory care to patients across multiple care settings, including NICU and adult populations.

Schedule:
• 3 × 12-hour day shifts

Requirements:
• Must reside at least 100 miles from the facility
• Active Respiratory Therapist license required
• Minimum 2 years of experience
• NICU and Adult Care experience required – DO NOT SUBMIT WITHOUT
• Certifications required: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP
• CRT candidates will not be considered – must be RRT

Key Responsibilities:
The Respiratory Therapist administers respiratory care as prescribed by a physician. Duties include diagnostic evaluation (including obtaining and analyzing physiological specimens, interpreting physiologic data, and performing cardiopulmonary tests and studies), patient management, education, rehabilitation, and treatment of patients with cardiopulmonary deficiencies and abnormalities.

The role involves applying respiratory care technology and treatment protocols across all care sites, including but not limited to:
• Administration and monitoring of medical gases
• Mechanical ventilation and ventilatory support
• Artificial airway management
• Bronchopulmonary hygiene
• Delivery of respiratory pharmacological agents
• Cardiopulmonary rehabilitation
• Hemodynamic and cardiovascular support
