Description
Travel RN – Step-Down Unit (Night Shift)
Location: Tyler 75708
Shift: Night | 3x12-Hour Shifts (19:00 – 07:00)
Contract Type: Travel Assignment
We are seeking an experienced Step-Down Registered Nurse (RN) for a night-shift travel assignment. The RN will provide high-quality, patient-centered care to moderately acute patients requiring close monitoring and frequent assessments.

Provide comprehensive nursing care to step-down level patients

Perform ongoing assessments, monitoring, and documentation

Administer medications and manage IV therapies

Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams

Respond promptly to changes in patient condition

Maintain compliance with hospital policies and safety standards
