Pay Package

Hourly Breakdown:

• Total Hourly Pay Rate: $79.32/hr

• W2 (Taxable): $18.00/hr

• Stipend (Non-Taxable): $61.32/hr

• OT Rate (W2): $27.00/hr

Weekly Breakdown:

• Weekly Gross: $2,855.52

• W2 (Taxable): $648.00

• Stipend (Non-Taxable): $2,207.52

Providence Hood River Memorial Hospital is seeking an experienced LDRP Registered Nurse to provide care across labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum.

Schedule & Unit Details

• Floating: Yes, per unit needs

• On-Call: No

• Weekends: Every other weekend

• Block Scheduling: Not required

• Ratios:

  • 1:1 active labor

  • 1:3 postpartum (AWHONN standards)

• 48 hours/week: Not approved

Requirements

• BLS (AHA)

• NRP

• Minimum 2 years LDRP experience preferred

• Must have a personal vehicle

Floating Expectations

Travelers may float to other Providence facilities based on skill set and patient care needs.

Possible Float Facilities: Milwaukie • Newberg • Portland • Hood River • Willamette Falls • Seaside • St. Vincent

Seaside Float Incentive:

• $5/hr for hours worked at Seaside (if home base is non-Seaside)

• IRS mileage reimbursement

• Hotel provided for consecutive float shifts

• Advance notice provided when possible
