Shift: Day – 5x8s (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
Option to consider 4x8s
No Weekends
No On-Call

Position Overview

Specialty: Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)
Setting: Home Health
Average 5–7 patients per day (Hourly model – No point system)
Territory: Central Coast of California
- Centered in Lompoc
- Up to San Luis Obispo
- Approx. 60-mile coverage area
Mileage reimbursed (IRS Federal Standard rate from first to last patient)

Requirements

Minimum 1 year overall SLP experience
Active California State License (Must be in hand at submission – No pending licenses)
BLS Certification
No license hits
First-time travelers accepted
Locals accepted (50-mile radius rule)

Charting & Dress Code

Charting System: Matrix Care (Experience not required)
Dress Code: Business Casual (No jeans) or Scrubs; Closed-toe shoes
