Title: OT Home Health
Location: Rolla, MO
Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: Day, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, 5*8, 40 hours (Mon–Fri)
Start date: 03/16/2026

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 2 years OT experience, Minimum 1 year Home Health experience, OASIS documentation experience required
Certification: BLS (AHA), State license required
Charting System: Epic
Patient Age Group: Adults, Geriatrics
Travel experience required: No
