Description

📍 Job Title: Registered Nurse – Home Health
📌 Location: 825 S Kelly Ave, Ste 170, Edmond, OK 73003
📍 Coverage Area: Edmond / Norman, OK (up to 60-mile radius from hub)
📆 Contract Length: 13 Weeks

⏰ Shift: Day – 5x8-Hour
🕗 Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

📊 Position Details

• Average Patients per Day: 5–7
• Guaranteed Hours: 20 hours weekly (40-hour scheduled week)
• On-Call: Yes – details discussed during interview
• Territory: Up to 60-mile radius from office
• Traveler must be flexible with territory assignments

🚨 Required Experience

• Minimum 1 year recent Home Health experience
• OASIS experience REQUIRED
• HCHB (Homecare Homebase) EMR experience REQUIRED
• First-time travelers NOT accepted
• Active license in hand required

📜 Certifications

• BLS required

🚗 Additional Information

• Mileage reimbursed at IRS standard rate
• iPad provided

• Dress Code: Scrubs (any color) – No jeans
• Locals accepted at travel rate
