Title: Physical Therapist – Outpatient

Location: Linton, IN

Duration: 13 Weeks

Shift: Day 5x8-Hour (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM/5:00 PM), Monday–Friday; possible every 6th Saturday; slight flexibility with start/end time

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide physical therapy services in a mixed inpatient and outpatient setting (primarily outpatient)

• Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans

• Treat patients across multiple specialty areas including:

  • Orthopedics

  • Neurology

  • Vestibular therapy

  • Wound care

  • Geriatrics

  • Limited Pediatrics

• Perform patient assessments, therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and functional training

• Document patient progress and treatment outcomes

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team

• Maintain compliance with facility and state practice standards

• Participate in weekend rotation (approximately every 6th Saturday if scheduled)

Required Qualifications:

• Active Physical Therapist license (IN or Compact license accepted)

• COVID-19 vaccination required (medical/religious exemptions allowed)

• Ability to work both inpatient and outpatient settings

• Flexibility to support occasional Saturday coverage

• New graduates considered

• Local candidates accepted

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in outpatient rehabilitation

• Experience with orthopedic and neurologic populations

• Experience with vestibular and wound care therapy

• Experience treating geriatric and pediatric patients
