Description

Job Title: Radiologic Technologist – Radiographer
Location: Jamaica, NY 11432
Job Duration: 9 Weeks
Shift: 5x7-Hour – Evening/Nights (4:00 PM – 12:00 AM)
Schedule Requirements: Weekends and holidays required
Hours per Week: 35 Hours
Guaranteed Hours: Dependent on facility requirements
Interviews: Prefer in-person; open to virtual if needed

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Radiologic Technologist – Radiographer for a 9-week assignment in Jamaica, NY. The ideal candidate will perform diagnostic imaging procedures while ensuring patient safety and maintaining high-quality standards.

Required Skills & Experience:

At least one (1) year of General Radiographer experience
Experience performing diagnostic radiographic procedures
Ability to work evening/night shifts, including weekends and holidays

Required Education:

Completion of an appropriate training program for Radiologic Technologist (Military training accepted)

Required Certifications & Licensure:

Current certification and registration as a Radiologic Technologist issued by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
Valid license as a Radiologic Technologist issued by the New York State Department of Health (NYSDOH)

Preferred Certifications:

BLS (Basic Life Support)
