Description

Job Title: RN - MS/Peds Float

Location: Quincy, IL 62301
Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: Night, 3x12 (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care to adult and pediatric patients
Perform comprehensive assessments and ongoing patient monitoring
Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
Monitor vital signs and respond to clinical changes
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and discharge instructions
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Float between MS and Pediatric units based on census and staffing needs
Adhere to infection prevention and safety protocols

Required Qualifications

Licensure: Active Illinois RN License (required at submission)
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience
- Prior MS and/or Pediatric experience preferred
Float Required: Yes (within hospital as needed)
Other Requirements:
- Candidates must reside outside 30-mile radius
