Description

Job Title: Medical Technologist / Medical Laboratory Technician
Location: Eagle Pass, TX 78852
Assignment Length: 6 Weeks
Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, Monday–Friday
(Shift may vary based on coverage needs)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Medical Tech with a strong background in Microbiology to support a short-term assignment. The ideal candidate will have recent acute care experience and demonstrate competency in laboratory procedures, accuracy, and compliance with safety and quality standards.

Requirements

Microbiology experience required – Do not submit candidates without this experience
Professional Certification: ASCP required
BLS Certification: Required
Experience: Minimum 2 years of Medical Laboratory Tech experience in an acute care setting
Location Requirement: Candidate must reside at least 100 miles from the facility

Additional Information

Assignment duration: 6 weeks
Schedule flexibility required based on departmental coverage
