Description

Position: Registered Nurse – Medical ICU (MICU)
Location: Burlington, VT 05401
Contract Duration: 16–32 Weeks (Current need: 26 Weeks)
Shift: Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 – 07:30)

Unit: M4 MICU (McClure 4) – Medical ICU, Overflow Neuro

Job Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of ICU unit experience required
Prior travel experience required
Large teaching facility experience required
AHA BLS, AHA ACLS, and NIHSS required (NIHSS must be completed before start)
CCRN preferred
Recent EPIC experience (within the last 2 years) required – non-negotiable

Clinical Skills Required:

Start IVs and manage multiple titrating drips
Critical ventilator management
Experience with multi-system disease
CRRT, IABP, ECMO, COVID, ventilators, and multiple drips

Floating Requirements:

Required to float to SICU, Miller 3, and Miller 4 as needed

Schedule Details:

Monday – Sunday scheduling
No block schedules allowed
