Description

Position Specialty: Hospice
Schedule: 8am - 5pm, with back-up On Call responsibilities
Location : Parsippany, NJ 07054
EMR: HCHB EXP required
Years of experience REQ: 1 year min, recent
Must have hospice experience

Average # of patients/day: 5-7 please confirm during interview
30 points weekly min

Types of Cases: Geriatric- end of life care
First timers accepted: NO

Certs REQ: BLS
On-call REQ? Yes - please discuss further during interview
Territory: up to a 60-mile radius from the hub/ office
Locals accepted: Yes
License in hand NJ or Compact state license

Special Requirements: Traveler expected to be flexible with territory
Timely documentation and communication required
Dress Code: Scrubs- any color- NO jeans
Mileage Reimbursed: Yes- at the IRS standard rate
